^^^ Xiin, you are absolutely right; this explosion is episode of the recurring tragedy in the country. Wether you blame to one or another group makes no sense. This is part of the chain in this vicious circle of violence happening in the country.

 

Before drawing wrong conclusion, one should look at the situation on the ground, I hope that will give a good hint to come up with a valid justification of any thing. Non-violent and dialogue is the only path for sustainable peace instead of using a borrowed terminology.
