xiinfaniin Posted October 29, 2008 ^^War illeen ibtilo. War maxaa ku qaniinay? Stop this sagging argument of yours! Do you think repeating 'you are not getting it' buttresses whatever argument you are making? All I am saying (I hate to repeat my self so many times) is: this is NOT new! It was done before! It does NOT define Somalia’s long running tragic conflict. Shaqalkeeduu ka mid yahay adeer: it is just part of its punctuation! Do we oppose it? Yes! There is a larger conflict that is being waged as we speak in many parts of the country. If that gets resolved this will go away IA.
General Duke Posted October 29, 2008 ^^^You just dont get it adeer. These people have no aim other than to make Inadcade and his like take power, and that is not something most Somali's want and hence the desperate attacks of this kind. Look at the mindset we are talking about, they will bomb anyone who takes the peace road, including their former Amir Sharif Ahmed.

xiinfaniin Posted October 29, 2008 ^^Ashuufak ghaddan then! Duke, you are next! Maxaa ka sharqammayya ilaa maanta adeer? Do you think you have credibility to pass judgment on this group? Was it not you who was rooting for them when you thought your perceived clannish interest would be served if you do so? Pardon me if I do not take you serious! Adeer Somalia will move forward, and the majority of this group will be onboard inshaa Allah.

STOIC Posted October 29, 2008 This is indeed a sad day for Somaliland. There's a hero, If you look inside your heart, You don't have to be afraid of what you are, There's an answer, If you reach into your soul, And the sorrow that you know will melt away. [chorus] And then a hero comes along, With the strenght to carry on, And you cast your fears aside and you know you can survive, So when you feel like hope is gone, Look inside you and be strong, And you'll finally see the truth that a hero lies in you. It's a long road, When you face the world alone, No one reaches out a hand for you to hold, You can find love, If you search within yourself, And the emptiness you felt will disappear. [chorus] Lord knows, Dreams are hard to follow, But don't let anyone tear them away, Hold on, There will be tomorrow, In time you'll find the way. ilax Posted October 29, 2008 ^^^ Xiin, you are absolutely right; this explosion is episode of the recurring tragedy in the country. Wether you blame to one or another group makes no sense. This is part of the chain in this vicious circle of violence happening in the country. Before drawing wrong conclusion, one should look at the situation on the ground, I hope that will give a good hint to come up with a valid justification of any thing. Non-violent and dialogue is the only path for sustainable peace instead of using a borrowed terminology.
