On behalf of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly traveled to Uganda to lead the Egyptian delegation at the Extraordinary Summit of the Troop Contributing Countries (TCCs) to the African Union Support and Stabilization Mission in Somalia (AUSSOM), held in Entebbe.
