Jumatatu Posted October 29, 2004 Kulankii shalay ay isugu yimadeen Barlamaanka KMG ayaa waxaa ka dhacay buuqbadan kadib markii uu sicad u sheegay Madaxweynaha DFKMG Cabdulaahi Yuusuf Axmed in uusan hoos imaan doonin maamulka Puntland Barlamaankaan iyo dowlada cusub taasoo ka fajicisay inta badan xildhibaanada oo u arko hadalkasi mid jees jees ah oo aan uqalmin in uu yiraahdo qof masuul ah . Hadalka kale oo aad uga caresiiyey Xildhibaanada USC* ayaa ah markuu yiri 61da xildhibaan ee USC kuma jiro mid u qalmo jagadaan wasiirka Koowaad ee waa in aan ka keenaa Banaanka qof USC ah ee ka bixi kara howshaan adag asagoo markaa ula jeeday in xildhibaanada USC ee la soodoortay yihiin gaanari iyo darawalkiisa ,hadalkaasi ayaa durbadiiba ka careysiiyey xildhibaanada USC ayagoo yiri bal ha socodsiiyo dowladiisa hadaan laga dooran wasiirka koowaad barlamaanka gudahiisa . ..........Madaxweynaha oo inta badan aan ka fiirsan hadaladiisa ayaa u eg mid aan siiwadi doonin howshaan adag ee baxaada leh ee loo bahanyahay nin dulqaad badan oo isku keeno Soomalida kala firiqsan dunida daafaheeda iyo kuwa ku dhibateysan gudaha dalka Full Text * I supplemented the original name on the text to USC cause of SOL's ban on tribal names. I think there was something called 'one step forward two steps back' in the socialism doctrine. This comes into mind with the new government. Our First lady (on the right hand side of the President and her chariot are smartly dressed...I love it.
MR ORGILAQE Posted October 29, 2004 Why should Puntland come under the parliament.Puntland has it's own parliament, president and structure. It is a state within the Federal state and the federal state cannot dictate to the national states about it's internal affairs. That is the whole idea of Federalism. The federal parliament can represent the federal states at a federal/foreign stage but definately not in it's internal affairs.i dont see the why they are suprised maybe they need more training in the federal charter!!!! Nationalist Posted October 29, 2004 Jumatatu, I think this a complete blooper of Abdullahi. Isn't the gentleman aware that this remark could, better yet, would offend the USC*. I feel sorry for Yusuf's bodyguard. I couldn't help but notice that he's present in most events with Yusuf. So I couldn't help but wonder how it is like to protect the oday in Mogadishu. It wouldn't surprise me if his knees shook at the sheer thought of it.
MR ORGILAQE Posted October 29, 2004 are you all saying tat we shouldn't pick from the USC the best man for the job wherever he may be, whether or not he is an MP?.What if the man who can do the job is not a menber of parliament?.I believe this parliament is only interested in it's own greatness and simply doesnt want an outsider to come and represent the people. It is their pride that is hurt not their tribe's name."Whoever is chosen will be an MP".that is what they are saying cutting off the talent pool of a 15 million nation down to a mere 275 men and women. What if a person like Caddow is chosen who is to my knowledge not an MP.Are we to say that he shouldnt be given the job.The parliament is not the country and does not represent the collective talents of a whole nation!.We should be looking wherever and at whomever that can do the job withinn the USC

Gabbal Posted October 29, 2004 It seems as Abdulahi Yusuf is going to be his own ruin if this story is true. Another thing that was interesting is Abdulahi Yusuf's remarks concerning *USC vis-a-vis the prime ministership. Abdulahi Yusuf wouldn't be on anyone's list of people who can ran a 21st Century country (except maybe reer Puntland ), the whole reason why a president was chosen within those in the parliament was because of the fact that they are largely warlords and gacan ku dhiiglayaal, meaning they are the powerhouses of Somalia. They weren't put their because they can read, they were put their because they own a militia! Abdulahi Yusuf's comments about the *USC parliamentarians is like the kettle calling the pot black.
General Duke Posted October 29, 2004 But did he, say that Horn? none of the major Mogadishu media oulets commented on this. Not even HornAfrik, which is not a Puntland based group Another point so far the President has made all the right moves. His priority is security, his goal is to bring the whole country under the control of the government. And read this article below on Hornafrik bro.
