Mogadishu (HOL) — Federal Security Minister Gen. Abdullahi Ismail Fartaag says Jubbaland President Ahmed Mohamed Islam (Ahmed Madobe) cannot attend the upcoming National Consultative Forum unless he retracts the regional election that led to his selection—an outcome the federal government has declared illegal.
