Las Anod (HOL) — Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud said Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre's landmark visit to Las Anod is part of an effort to ease tensions between Somaliland and the SSC-Khaatumo administration and to create an environment conducive to dialogue.
