Somali territories, 3rd largest agricultural land in Africa?

This includes farming and pasture for livestock. After Sudan, S Africa, and Nigeria, Somali territories are the largest farming / agricultural lands in Africa coupled with the longest coastline in Africa. Now, imagine said territories enjoying 500 years of peace time, innovation, trade, and manufacturing.

We also have a great potential for generating renewable energy from solar and wind. I read somewhere that we can produce more electricity from wind than Ethiopia can produce from its dams. I think the Somali people need only a couple of decades of peace, consistant political stability, and the rule of law to kick start transformative economic development.
