Mogadishu (HOL) – Somali State Minister for Foreign Affairs Ali Mohamed Omar Balcad has denied accusations by former Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs obstructed his diplomatic passport clearance for travel to South Africa.
