VIDEO: Libya and Somalia vow to strengthen ties

Libya and Somalia vowed to strengthen economic and security ties on Tuesday during a visit by Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud to Libya’s capital, Tripoli. Mohamed al-Menfi, chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council, said his country reaffirmed its “support for Somalia until it regains stability,” while welcoming Somali support for stability in Libya.
