Jubba by far the wealthest region in Somalia. I would have settled at least 5 million Somalis there.Xoolo, bad iyo webi. In the eighties, there was a ministery called " Jubba Valley Development" with dams and other major prohects.

It is at its infant stage now and could be observed upon visitation. Slowly, but surely.
