It is fascinating to observe how this situation is unfolding. However, I fail to see which laws she is alleged to have violated. The claim is that she has broken certain legal statutes, yet is she not permitted to inform refugees about immigration policies and laws, as well as educate them on their rights? What, then, is the precise argument being made against her?

As for those Landers  who are so fervently pursuing her, the majority are not even based in the United States and therefore lack a true understanding of the country’s political and legal landscape. Their grievance, in reality, stems from Ilhan’s remarks regarding Somaliland and Somalilanders. Her characterisation of Somalilanders as individuals who merely claim to be Somali, rather than truly being Somali, has provoked their  anger . If anything, the solution is rather simple she needs to apoligse  for those remarks she made in 2024, and the controversy would likely subside. And all will be forgiven . But they are not important what is is more important is the republicans and their arguments and elon musk accusation of her being a traitor. Thats what i am more interested in since he is now one of biggest trump supporter.

Roosevelt served four times cuz there is no term limit at the time. The presidents before Roosevelt simply honored Washington's precedence. The first president ruled for two terms. Subsequent president simply respected the tradition that's until Roosevelt.
