Mogadishu (HOL) — U.S. airstrikes in Somalia’s Calmiskaad Mountains have killed senior operatives of the Islamic State (ISIS), delivering a decisive blow to the group’s network in the country’s semi-autonomous Puntland region, local officials confirmed Sunday.
