Mogadishu (HOL) — The Somali Federal Government has issued a warning to local and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs), ordering them to cease any cooperation, whether direct or indirect, with militant groups Al-Shabaab and Daesh or face immediate suspension and legal consequences.
