Why are NGO's interfering in Somali Politics

I see with concern the report from Norwegian Church Aid (NCA)

 

Actively they are taking side in a regional conflict in North Somali Peninsula .

I strongly condemn Norwegian Church Aid for in the same report taking advantage of Las Anod and applying for money (!) 50 000 USD .

If I were to recommend Somaliland authorities and Puntland I would advice them to imediatley expell Norwegian Church Aid.

 

---- We are talking about a NGO who is already estabilished in the region loaded full of money and conducting dubious operations wich we never see the result yet they keep pocketing govermental aid .

 

In Official aid Norway aid for Somalia as 30.357.142 dollars for 2007 .

^ Exactly, that is what I was thinking. I haven't seen protests against Xabashi Troops in the regions BariSanaag mentions. Puntland provided and still provides support and logistics to Xabashi troops. Money, clan militia, bases of operation, subjugation of any voice against their support among the masses in Puntland(assuming actually there are people who give a rat's *** about Xabashi Savagery in Muqdisho), you name it, it is all there.
