Jowhar (HOL) – A delegation from Somalia's National Electoral Commission and Boundaries met with Hirshabelle President Ali Abdullahi Hussein Guudlawe in Jowhar on Tuesday, two days after their visit to Baidoa, as part of efforts to accelerate preparations for the country's transition to a one-person, one-vote electoral system.
