Díaz Canel says he held talks with Kenyan and Somali counterparts about kidnapped Cuban doctors

Miguel Díaz Canel said in a recent post on his Twitter account that he has been in communication with the governments of Kenya and Somalia to find out about the Cuban doctors kidnapped since April by terrorist groups in that country.
