Hargeisa (HOL) – Somaliland President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi Irro has appointed Lieutenant General Nimcaan Yusuf Osman Gaaxnuug as the new military commander and Abdirahman Abdillahi Hassan Abdi Dhere as the new police chief.
