nuune Posted September 28, 2006 They are trying to link that Mohamed Sheikh Osman of Dalsan to ICU, by saying he had led Al-itihaad before and had financial links with Al-Qaeda, cajjiib, to say that, is a failed tactic by some people. The collapse of Dalsan has nothing to do with ICU, in fact, it was mismanagement and lack of regultions by its founders etc you can add.
