Beledweyne (HOL) — A federal government delegation led by Army Chief General Odawaa Yusuf Raage and National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) Director Abdullahi Mohamed Ali Sanbaloolshe has reached an agreement with leaders of the Hawadle clan to transfer control of Beledweyne's security to federal forces.
