This morning I ordered precision Military air strikes on the Senior ISIS Attack Planner and other terrorists he recruited and led in Somalia. These killers, who we found hiding in caves, threatened the United States and our Allies. The strikes destroyed the caves they live in, and killed many terrorists without, in any way, harming civilians. Our Military has targeted this ISIS Attack Planner for years, but Biden and his cronies wouldn’t act quickly enough to get the job done. I did! Meanwhile, officials in Puntland thanked the US for conducting Saturday’s airstrikes.

Puntland also thanked UAE for providing air support to the military offensive against IS.

These Americans are very strange. Trump will do probably the opposit of Biden on the war issue. Farmaajo by the way was a republican when he was in upstate New York state. The latest news is that some of Trumps top campaign managrs , especially cmapaign co-chair Chris Lacivita is from Baffalo area republican.

Is is good move from Puntland , but i totally object the UAE equation. These are criminal nation wrecking warlords with cash and should be avoided at any cost. They are destroying Sudan and divide more just like Yemen and Libya. 

HSM has decided to move on without Puntland. Last year I thoght he might reconcile and bring Puntland, but he decided to soldier on with more than half of the country. Puntland got bigger , Ahmed Madoobe had survived and Laftagareen is waiting the right time to strike HSM, probably this summer when they are all ordered to the Teendhada Xalane. At least HSM can take credit for pacifying Mogadishu.

Deni & his commanders have been in the 3C (Situation Room). Sadly AfriCom could not trust the intel with the Fed. gov't, lest leaked, and Xasan was informed as a formality to satisfy rules of engagement in the theatre of war.

              Besides, Fed. gov't was hardly a part to the war at any stage, have not commented nor communicated about it, and when they did, they said it was in Northern region, the same label they have used to refer to SL in the past.

It is all bluster and hot air on the part of Trump to appear as if in command to his base. Most likely these missions have been in motion  well prior to his arrival on the scene. US private army presence on the ground has been more visible in 2024. Remember, he pulled out US personnel on the ground in his first  term, and Biden redeployed, yet now he wants to claim credit, as if forgotten.

UAE owns the political class in Somalia now from PL to SL to JL and farther afield. Same as Yemen, Sudan, Chad etc.

Is Xamar today different from when Farmaajo was in charge? Has he really made discernible progress? Anything tangible to underscore? I have not noticed any difference, if anything it is more chaotic now that before, with its security apparatus disjointed, lacking cohesion, more disgruntled civilian population at the bottom of the ladder, and life being more expensive.

Toughest day in the war so far,

Over 40 ISIS Terrorists  Killed as Puntland Troops Advance

Boosaaso (PP News Desk) — An intense battle took place today in Jeceel Valley in the Calmiskaad mountain range after Puntland Defence Forces advanced on ISIS hideouts.

A spokesman for the Puntland Defence Forces stated that Puntland troops “have  fully taken control of all areas targeted for counterterrorism operations today.”

The spokesman added that more than 40 ISIS terrorists were killed in today’s battle, while many others were wounded. “Our troops are still pursuing fleeing ISIS terrorists” the spokesman said.

The battle at Jeceel Valley resulted in the highest number of ISIS casualties to date, after the proscribed group attempted to hold out in hideouts at Dharin and Haraaryo. Graphic photos shared on social media indicate that most of the ISIS terrorists killed in the battle “were foreigners.”

Meanwhile, a top ISIS official, Abdirahman Shirwa Aw Saeed, yesterday surrendered to Puntland Defence Forces yesterday. In 2022   a  Puntland martial court sentenced Abdirahman to execution by firing squad for masterminding the murder of Somali citizens through a network of terrorists affiliated with ISIS and Al-Shabaab.
