Mogadishu (HOL) –The Governor of Banadir Region and Mayor of Mogadishu, Mohamed Ahmed Amiir, met with the Independent National Electoral and Boundaries Commission on Thursday to discuss preparations for implementing a one-person, one-vote electoral system in the Banadir region.
