Ambassador Mesganu Arga, Ethiopia’s State Minister for Foreign Affairs, stated that Ethiopia is “committed to fully implement” the Ankara Agreement following discussions with a Somali delegation led by Ali Omar, Somalia’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
