Illyria Posted Tuesday at 09:01 PM PL no longer considers the current FGS nor its Institutions, existing in name only, legitimate entity representative of the nation or its people. With Federalism abandoned and the Constitution piddled on by the leaders of the FGS, and to step away from ensuing mayhem, as witnessed in J House, where drones had been attacked in Ras kamboni in Nov, and now in Gedo, where clan militias and mercenaries had been airlifted to instigate unrest, PL is taking the natural course of chartering a secure political direction, one which guarantees the future of its citizenry. Therefore, it shall adopt Confederacy, where it share nothing but a nationhood with Somalia. All Powers including Sovereignty shall rest with PL. Articles in the 2012 Federal Constitution, which designate certain Powers for the Federal government, namely the 4 Federal Powers, are no longer applicable. Illyria Posted yesterday at 12:00 AM Reer PL are deliberative folks when ti comes to politics, and would prefer to charter a more practical path, for secession hardly serves the public interest of neither Somalia nor PL. Besides, its people see their future with their brethren elsewhere in Somali territories. The intent is to give other FMSs / regions time and space to experiment, charter own destiny, and have a platform to experiment and grow as they find their own way to prioritise where the national interest supersedes that of political leaders. No need to frogmarch unable, or unwilling FMSs to tag along, let each find its own pace, stand on its own feet at first, and then let us try Federalism at the right time. And till mature political leaders have taken the reins, let each FMS or region trot at own pace, and as it desires. Time to change direction after 20 years of tried, but abused Federalism. Let MMA and the Kacaanist crowd choke on that!

I do not think Deni has the temperament nor the acumen to cross swords with the yahoos in Xamar for a final bout upon the sands.

MMA, saaxiib, if you are not suffering " Punland Naceeb Syndrome", you should know puntland is not "pretending supporters of Khatumo cause" but infect put everything included their lives on their cause. if it was not puntland, we would not have the Somali Federal Goverment HSM is enjoying today, Jubaland, Galmudug, even your old man would not have been the speaker of the parliment if reer puntland did not supported him. And what do we got in return, hatred.
Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar Posted 21 hours ago Qurac, I have nothing against Reer Waqooyi Bari. But I will never, ever support local currencies, local marines and navies, local foreign ministers, local passports and such. Beri hadduu Deni dhaho wasaarad arrimo dibad sameynaayaa, waa taageeri lahayd miyaa? It is about not Xasan Socdaal iyo xulafadiisa.

But I'll not hold it against you, just let me know once you have reached my station perhaps in 20 years. The countdown begins. Do not disappoint. Why resort to personal insults when MMA merely pointed out the facts? The confederation you are peddling here is just a cover up for secession. What kind of a political entity demands full sovereignty and yet remains a constituent part of a sovereign state?
