Hargeisa (HOL) — Ethiopia's State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Misganu Arga, hosted Somalia's State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ali Mohamed Omar, for high-level discussions to advance agreements reached during the Ankara Summit on December 11.
