Mogadishu (HOL) — Veteran Somali lawmaker Mustaf Ali Duhulow has been appointed Director General of the Immigration and Naturalization Agency. The decision was announced Thursday during a cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre.
