Subject: protecting the nation’s assets during the transition period.

It appears that the property and assets of the nation is being stolen and
looted by the former regime and its employees in the headquarters and
regions during this transitional period.

Therefor we must keep an eye and should be watched those who stealing
the wealth of the nation during this traditional period.

Anyone who commits and violates to the issues I mentioned above should
be prosecuted and brought to justice.
