Mogadishu (HOL) — Somali State Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ali Mohamed Omar, met with French State Minister for Francophonie and International Partnerships, Thani Mohamed-Soilihi, in Paris on Saturday to discuss enhancing bilateral relations across various sectors.
