Former President of Somaliland Muse Bihi needs to stand trial. Under his reign of terror a secret service run by his sons tortured civilians they                                                                     have since fled Somaliland as they are being hunted by the relatives of those people. Somaliland needs to set a new example we can't forgive                                                        criminals  because that is  what ruined south Somalia. He needs to be jailed like Abdi Iley.
