Mogadishu (HOL) — Somali parliament's interim committee tasked with drafting electoral laws and establishing election frameworks has elected former Deputy Prime Minister MP Mahdi Guled as chairman, with Senator Iftin Hassan Iman Baasto as deputy chairman.
