Mogadishu (HOL) — Somali Deputy Minister of Education Ahmed Isman Ibrahim Daqare and Minister of State for Planning and International Cooperation Abdirashid Jire Qalinle resigned on Sunday, citing federal government planning to confront some regional administrations.
