Mogadishu (HOL) — Mustafa Mohammed Omar, known by his nickname “Cagjar,” President of Ethiopia’s Somali Regional State, has voiced his support for Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s push for dialogue to bridge the growing chasm between Ethiopia and Somalia.
