Abwan adeer you seem to be on some other medicine these days.

The US will ontinue to marganalise the Al Shabaab group and the networks that support them.

The Djibouti initiative is simple to divide the opposition into the good lads and the bad ones, the bad group are led by Xasan Dahir and are combined with Al Shabaab. The good lads are led by Sharif Ahmed and Janagow they are politicians who want to make deals. Hence what does Sjarif Ahmed want and what can President Yusuf offer?

The points were clear the US policy is not going to switch to secessionists dreams. There are too many seperatist areas in Afria and Somaliland is not even a feasable one.

Thus the meaningless Oodweyne comments is just like the man who paints his own prison. Adeer Somaliland if it was to be anything it would be reognised by Djibouti which evidently has long recognised the TFG and Yusuf Yey.

Shirka Djibouti wax badan ayaa ku xidhan among them are the withdrawal of the Ethiopian forces and the introduction of the UN stabilisation force.

The Ethiopians are adamant that they no longer can afford to be in Mogadishu and any "face-saving" agreed withdrawal is what they currently wished for. And they have pinned all their hopes for the successful resolution of the Djibouti conference.

The UN on the other hand, wants a successful Djibouti conference so that it can send a replacement force which can take over from the Ethiopians.

So in essense, neither the Ethiopians nor "the powers that be" want the Djibouti conference to fail. Hence, their tough stance against anyone that tries to de-rail it or that becomes a hurdle to the said goals of the conference.

Both Nuur Cadde and Sherif have the word and commitment from the international community that the Ethiopians will withdraw and that a combined "TFG" "ICU" government will be stablished.

The only odd-one-out of this process is Col. Yey who sees left out of the process and doesn't have confidence that the combined "TFG"/"ICU" government will be to his liking.

I heard Geele refused to grant entry visa for the dude!

P.S. I think he will eventually get there though. You know how the "Somali" politics work these days.

Warar hordhac ah oo aan wali si rasmiya loo xaqiijin ayaa sheegaaya in Cabdillahi oo doonaayey in uu hogaamiyo wafdiga dib-u-heshiisiinta ee Maamulkiisa uga qayb-gelaaya shirka Jabuuti ay UN-ku ku gacan saydheen, iyada oo loo sheegay in aan wakhtigan wax laga bedeli karin gudiyadii hore u matalayey dhinacyada heshiiska saxiixay.

Dad ku dhow-dhow Cabdillahi ayaa ka sanqadhiyey in Odaygu uu aad uga cadhooday arintaas isaga oo dacwad u gudbiyey safaarada Jabuuti ee magaalada Nairobi si loogu fududeeyo in uu ka dego Jabuuti.

UN-ka ayaa la sheegay in ay ka shakisan tahay in Cabdillahi uu Carqaladeeyo heshiiskii hordhaca ahaa ee lagu gaadhay Jabuuti, waa haddii uu soo gaadho Jabuuti. Dowlada Jabuuti ayaa iyana laga dhadhansaday in ay ka dayrisay socdaalka uu Cabdillahi ku doonaayo in uu Jabuuti ku yimaado, iyada oo horeyba uga mid ahayd labada wadan ee u ololeynayey Is-casiladda Cabdillahi Yussuf si loo dhiso dawlad wadaag ah.

Wararku waxay sheegayaan in aanu Odaygu weli ka quusan tegitaanka Jabuuti isaga oo laga yaabo in uu si shakhsi ah uga codsado Madaxweyne Geele in uu yimaado Jabuuti.

Garowe is a major capital in Somalia adeer.

Anyhow the Djibouti initiative is good for the republic and bad for secessionisam. Unless JB would like to join the new unity government for Somalia. :D

^^^Adeer President YUSUF does not follow the Dukes reporting. It is the other way round.

Now if the report of the Duke in this instance was not accurate then he [Duke] will have to reassess his sources on this and their reliability for future reference.
