Mogadishu (HOL) — Hackers siphoned over $350,000 intended for a Somali solar energy company in a brazen cyberattack that exposed critical vulnerabilities within the India-based International Solar Alliance (ISA). The funds, intended for Hayle Barise Energy Solutions—a company developing solar infrastructure in Somalia—were redirected to a bank account in the United Arab Emirates.
