Saalax Posted September 24, 2010 The UN will not save somalia from further destruction nor will it rebuilt it for the people when will the people of somalia realize only somalis can fix the current problems somalia is facing not foreigners.
Xaaji Xunjuf Posted September 24, 2010 I hundred % agree there is nothing the united nations can do for Somalia see Koonfurians are very destructive people by nature there Is no way the international organizations can make them more civilized in some way nor can the UN help this Hotel government on paper. Somalia is not on the top list on the agenda there are bigger things the UN is busy with Like the Israel and Palestinian issue. Iranian nuclear Weapon program Afghanistan Iraq etc

Hales Posted September 25, 2010 I agree, somewhat. But truth be told isnt the funding of foreign powers and the United Nations that is to a very large degree stopping the collapse of the shariif government and the expansion of the Somali conflict into the rest of Somalia. Saalax Posted September 25, 2010 Hales, we are not talking about funding they can fund the government all they want but they can't fix somalia's inner problems, it takes alot more then just funding, or sending forgien troops.
The Zack Posted September 25, 2010 So are you guys saying this: "Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we have been waiting for. We are the change we seek."
Saalax Posted September 25, 2010 lol@Barack Obama Quotes tan waan kugu racay "We are the ones we have been waiting for. We are the change we seek", i would not exactly agree with the first two though since, waiting for some other person( could be somebody from southern somalia who can fix the problems, or some other time they could get lucky, but we are talking about how foreigners will not be able to fix the current inner problems nor bring any meaningful change to somalia's troubled turmoil of 20 years. The Zack Posted September 26, 2010 War you are confusing yourself. Change will not come from outside of Somalia is what I meant by the quote I used.
