Mogadishu (HOL) — Sharmake Abukar Amin, a former Somali journalist and refugee in Finland, hopes to return to his journalism career after Finland's national broadcaster, Yle, launched a Somali-language news service. The new program, set to air on Tuesday, will offer short news bulletins focused on Somalia and global events, as well as segments on applying for Finnish citizenship and refugee-related topics.
