Mogadishu (HOL) – Southwest regional state leader Abdiaziz Hassan Laftagaren has agreed to attend the upcoming National Consultative Council meeting in Mogadishu on September 25, signalling a step toward resolving the ongoing political conflict with the federal government, sources report.
