Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said on Thursday that Türkiye aims to hold separate talks with Ethiopia and Somalia before hosting new negotiations to settle a dispute between the sides over a deal that Ethiopia agreed to lease a stretch of coastline from Somaliland.
