Jigjiga (HOL) — Ethiopian National Defence Forces (ENDF) Commander Field Marshal Birhanu Jula and his deputy, General Abebaw Taddese, arrived in Jigjiga, the capital of Ethiopia's Somali regional state, on Thursday.
