Despite Ethiopia’s call for easing hostile rhetoric and amid rising tensions, Somalia president Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has accused Ethiopia of alleged attempts to “annex Somali territories,” stating that Somalia will employ “legal and extra-legal means” to defend its sovereignty.
