Hargeisa (HOL) — Somaliland Member of Parliament Mohamed Abiib was arrested on Monday at Egal International Airport in Hargeisa on his return from the United Arab Emirates, where he had recently criticized the Somaliland government and the Somali National Movement (SNM).
