Mogadishu (HOL) – Somali Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, has accused Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed of attempting to spark conflict in the Horn of Africa to divert attention from his government's internal challenges.
