It is never good to rush to war. The idea is everybody to live peacefully in their corner. It will take some time for secessionists to accept reality, you would have to undo 33 years of delusions, but an all out war is not in anyone's interest.

That H@rti clans don't want to secede from their home country.

No one is  forcing  them, they are of their own accord moving back and forth between SL and PL. This individual from Maakhir, along with his kith and kin, seeks to draw both a salary from Somaliland and, in all likelihood, one from Puntland as well, only to later declare their refusal to acknowledge Somaliland. Either they repay all the funds they owe to Somaliland, or they will remain in a state of captivity.

Unless final solution is reached, which is this city shared, no H@rti is delusional and after SL areas, or this problem will not go away.

The older secessionists in town, or locals know the history, the young who grew up in last 30 years of fantasy, it is a bit hard for them.

Believe me  the biggest losers if peaceful quick settlement is not reached, are secessionists.

Give you one example, 95% of imports to Sanaag, comes form Bosaaso, with simple easy embargo, they will starve

The people of Somaliland in Sanaag now utilise the recently constructed Mait sea port. The Bosaso port is no longer in use; instead, the choice is between Berbera and Mait. It is also noteworthy that the  great  Muse Ismail clan has never faced a challenge to their leadership in their own city. They have governed Ceerigabo since 1991, a city that even the formidable Afweyne could not sway, which is why Ceerigabo fell to the SNM before Hargeisa, Burco, or Berbera. Ceerigabo's status is beyond dispute. As for the Maakhir community, the majority vacated the city in 1991. At that time, only four individuals from the Maakhir clan remained—a Doobile and three women who were married to Ismaciil Xaji Nuur.

a) Ceerigaabo is a shared city,
b) H@rti reside in 3 districts:
    i) Laas Qoray, ii) Dhahar, and iii) Badhan,
c) Is@q in one: Ceel Afweyn.

On top of that, H@rti reside in  Xingalool, Buraan, Hadaaftimo, Yube, Ceelaayo, and nearly 40+ other villages in Sanaag namely Daara Salaam,  Maraje, Cawsane, Mindigale, Ceel Buux, Ballibusle,  Baraagaha Qol,  Damala Xagar,  Dhabar Dalool , Biyo Gudood, Shimbiraale, Carmale, Wardheer, Tooraboora, Cadcado, Durduri, Gacan, Xabaal Shaawacle, Ceel la Helay, Beeraara, Xidid, Xamur, Ceel La Qoday, Gebi Dheer, Har Weyn iyo Qoraxjiif, and a handful of other villages.

Further, H@rti reside from Ceerigaabo to Bosaso, which stretches 400+ km to Bari, 400 km to Nugaal, and 250+ km to Sool from Fiqi Fuliye to Dara Weyne to Bohol to Awrboogays and farther afield.   

Is@q resides in Dayacan, a neighbourhood in Ceerigaabo, and villages in Ceel Afweyn district all the way to the Togdheer border estimated up to 60 km. And villages along the Red Sea coast to the West.

Are you telling it isn’t true that not allot of maakhirtes haven’t left the town since 1991. I have even seen some maakhirtrs calling the capital of sanaag badhan are u saying all this isn’t true

the great noble men of the north live from ceerigabo all the way to shidan which is a few miles from laasqoray the xamud turwa subclans  lives as for as beyond jidali  maybe u need a geographic lesson. Sanaag was always 3 districts.  Two and half of them have always been the territory of noble duriyad  people .
