I know , and Maakhiris have stopped violence going out of hand so many times, of course it is limited what anyone can do, specially when SSC are very committed, and want to make changes happen. Do you know HSM told Firdhiye to secure Erigavo, or similar ,to get full recognition as federal member state.

I also know for sure Cirro wants peace, the status quo helps SL.

It is the ridiculous two and a half rule for clan federalism that is driving the garaad community crazy. It could have been a lot easier if each original state was made a federal member.

Not every clan be a federal state people need to understand that  it’s just madness how many federal states can exist it makes no sense at all two regions or more is a good criteria  the Garaad clan should just be contend with with what they have. So far they have  65 percent of a region  and roughly half a district of togdheer which is buhoodle .  If they don’t want somaliland they can always join their bugland cousins .

Today maakhir have peace they do bussines they live in ceerigaabo and there is no issue  they have no issue with sl government there . In their own regions where they are the majority such as badhan hadaaftimo laasqoray ceelaayo xingalool  Dhahar , they lean towards puntland how ever one some occasions they raise the sl flag if it comes with funding and they regularly welcome somaliland ministers  when they feel like it . They have some troops on the sl side how ever these are just under the payroll of somaliland and can switch any time to puntland. Some times these somaliland troops under sl payrole welcome puntland officials in eastern Sanaag. The maakhirtes are much smarter then the Garaad clan  and work with whom ever they can to make their regions prosper . Back in 2022 they had a conference with muuse biixi in ceerigaabo  and he made some promises. Their sultan Abdislaan visits hargeisa from time to time has a house in ceerigabo. And there is no issue he keeps the peace with his Gadhweyn neighbours there is Hardly any conflict with the maakhir community

the peace accords in ceerigabo signed in 1993  the people of the country and that region agreed to remain in peace and live in peace with themselves and the region and that the authority of Ismaciil xaaji nuur should be the authority of the city .  Here is where things went wrong  armed groups  tried to enter the town with guns  and here is where things went wrong they have  been removed from the city now if suldaan siciid is saying we should have allowed these armed groups in the city taasi wa sheeko kale.is he claimin the entire Sanaag region as his own.

Is@q resides in Dayacan, a neighbourhood in Ceerigaabo, villeges in Ceel Afweyn district all the way to the border of Togdheer region. Yet, you still have the gall to claim it?

Now, could either of you tell me what the names Sanaag & Ceerigaabo mean?

The duriyad clan lives up to near to waqderia which is a few miles away from laasqoray . You have no claim over ceerigaabo . You can claim claiming ceerigaabo is as as absurd as me claiming boosaaso. Just because there are a few families from my clan living there doesn’t mean. I have authority over there . By the way sanaag is only 3 districts  and two and half of them is inhabited by the duriyad clan . Ceelbuuh ama ceel qiyaama kaso qeyli. How about taking your own advice and staying away from H@rti territories?

You know, unlike most secessionists with grandiose republican expansionist ideologies, you sound rational. We have been asking you to do just that in the past 30 years. We are actually very peaceful folks, and history attests to that. Check Oog, the most recent. There was nothing to stop us from going to Caynaba, our own city, but had to be considerate. The bigger problem is proliferation of clan militias that more powerful than official government forces in Somaliland. The only region  that doesn't have a well-armed militia is Awdal.

Every clan among the Habro has its own militia with gun mounted technicals. This was the legacy and plan of Muuse Biixi. The few weapons salvaged from Goojacade are given to HJ militia, while the so called G36 is a GX militia. Now Xaaji Xanjuf boys are arming themselves. as you mentioned the only unarmed are Awdal clans.

Muuse Biixi had taken a dozen or so advanced armored vehicles to his compound. Anti mine armoured vehicles, and other bulletproof personal protection vehicles. He dictated who will attend the power transfer ceremony and so forth. He refused to disband his clan militia and if confrontation takes place, he could defeat Cirro in Hargeisa. The gangster called Buurmadow want millions of bribes as usual or he will keep his militia in the east. 

Also, most of the clashes in the Haud are for trade routes. Cirro and company want to build new routes that goes from Oodweyne to to Hawd, or from Berbera to Hawd that enters Ethiopia from Daroor .Biixi and company want to disrupt any other trade routes whether it is from Awdal or other places. Furthermore, HJ doesn't want any peace , they want the war in the east to continue. Have you ever seen people who are against the peace Cirro is calling?

So, the law energy guy Cirro is in a mess. the treasury is empty and he doesn't have money to bribe the so called vagabond politicians sitting in Hargeisa hotels. Some folks in Hargeisa West has been sucking the treasury for 20 uninterrupted years and will not let go the unearned perks. If the clan militia refuses to disarm, what will Cirro Do?

Another issues is that Somalis everywhere are shocked the unhinged behaviour of the Habro in general in social media. It seems they gone insane. It is the only region where mothers, girls, boys and old men are barking about clan names and clan insults day in and out. Certainly the Khaatumo defeat had exposed the Habro as out of touch lunatics. The only sane person I see is Talaabo and few others. 

In 1994/95, Biixi was weak, yet he refused the peace proposed by Cigaal who removed him after he saw how crazy he was. Now with money and militia from the east to west, he might have other plans.
