Here is the problem there wasn’t an issue in ceerigaabo the past what 35 years some times aano qaabik here and there and since 1993 the ceerigaabo accords have been signed to live in peace but it is the Garaad clan  subclan. N A  who started this . This isn’t about. Secession or union if that was a problem. There would have been a problem since 1991 .

but this time if they misbehave things would look ugly ceerigaabo isn’t laascanood  let that sink in.    Laascanod was hard to defend because the closest settlement of the duriyad was 50 miles away. From laascanood . So it was easy to defend . How ever things in sanaag is different. The Garaad clan is the absolute minority there . They live in fiqi full and masagan  south of ceerigabo but the thing is  the big beards live in and around. Ceerigaabo and even as far as waqdiriya east .  About sixty miles east of ceerigabo . Near laas qoray . But the maakhir  clan isn’t interested in a war against the big beard . The only way they could challenge is if maakhir joined from the east and they come from the south the Garaad clan but that is very unlikely . Then the somaliland army will join. Now it’s just ssb Mikita and g36 militia . So nabadu cid the walba wa u dan so let us remain the status quo how things always were

SSC-KHATUMO SECURITY FORCES ON THE VERGE OF CONTROL OF CEERIGAABO

Heavy fighting is now underway in Ceerigaabo between SSC-Khatumo and Somaliland forces. Preliminary reports indicate that SSC forces have taken control of the city's southern and eastern checkpoints and are about to enter the city and take control of it.

No war has happend  today thus far . But u never know the huwan militia have been driven out  far beyond the borders of ceerigaabo . They now want to regroup but hundreds of g36 militants and ssb militants are coming to ceerigabo .

It is because of SL rule and  conflict,, they completely sidelined other community and because of fear, were not sharing or being inclusive. This led to Erigavo fell far behind all other Somali cities of same age.

Eerigaabo is actually a very nice town and cool people the people there are also actually very cool and very welcoming to any one yes it needs more infrastructure project but overall the last 33 years it has been very peaceful minus the latest skimirsh  I have been there two years ago when I went to visit the grave of grandfather isaac the great in mait..

I don’t think they will try again unless they are suicidal. Besides the maakhir clan isn’t even involved . In this  and the maakhir clan has respected the 1993 sanaag accords . It’s the Garaad clan that started this nonsense . By the way I didn’t hear firidhiye and the garaads even talk about it . They have lost now to much  I think they will focus on not losing laascaanood if they try again then  the Somaliland army will evicht them from fiqifuliye masagan their two villages in sanaag . And it will turn ugly because this time u have janjaweed militants such as ssb who want to spill blood
