We all know Al-Shabaab founders are from Hargeisa and Burco. 

When things get  tough in Hargeisa, I always expect some bad news from Al-shabaab.  Brainwashed Somali youths are killing other youth. Certainly our young people are dying in so many different ways. Despite the messy political issues in Mogadishu, things were getting better for the last four months. Those evil people are always looking soft spots. When I visited, except the hotels many beech entrances were not guarded by security. 

The biggest thing intelligence security people lack is constant or random patrols. Most officers usually have imobile posts or street checks. Random vehicle patrols could either disrupt or intercept these killers.

Also, every time there is issues between the the Americans and Somali government, expect some bad news.
