But how does that solve the Somali problems when there is no agreement on the proper way of following Islam. I am sure the extremists think their way is the only way, but that wont bring change but fear. So, how can you treat the clannish enmity with Islamic rule when religious enmity and division exists in Islam. I don't see how one will solve the problem of the other when there is no consensus.
