Ex-Xisbiga Posted February 15, 2007 Oromo's in the capital? Are we looking at the same video. Most of the stuff in there are Sheikh and Berbera. I don't think there are alot of foreigners in those towns. Hargeisa on the other hand is a big city, I saw alot of non-Somalis most of them live in the Koodbuur district & near the maansoor hotel where hundreds of nice villas have gone up.
