Rahdi Posted June 25, 2009 It's highly unlikely that Seyoum Mesfin will be the next contender to the spot of PM for EPDRF of Ethiopia, because he's "old school", he's Tigrayan and Meles wishes a new generation to take power in Ethiopia. Therefore, could it be Girma Birru, an Oromian, to be the next Ethiopian PM? He can gather the support of other Oromian factions and also Amharan groups.
