As far as Cumar Dhuule and Xasan Diiriye are concerned, I'm NOT denaying Ma dhibaan are NOT looking down on in Somaliland. However, we both know that is "SOMALI" problem at large from Djibouti to NFD. It doesn't concentrate in Somalilnd alone.
