Jowhar (HOL) - A high-level delegation, led by Deputy Prime Minister Salah Ahmed Jama and the Deputy Prime Minister, arrived in Jowhar on Wednesday to launch the Jowhar Offstream Storage Programme (JOSP) project to fight floods and droughts.
