Nairobi (HOL) - Former Somali Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Ahmed Isse Awad, criticized the Somali government for refusing to engage in talks with the Ethiopian government regarding Addis Ababa’s so-called Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the breakaway region of Somaliland.
